Password Catch 22 (ANSWERED)

I am posting for a player in my alliance. He is in a bit of a catch 22.

He has been playing the game via the Mobile Ap. but wants to start playing via his PC. The issue is he can not remember his password.

His account has a Grepolis generated "Guest" email address that we don't know how to access. Of course he can not change his password from his mobile if he can not access his email. He can not change his email without a password.

Is there a way to access the "Guest" email address? If not how can we remedy this situation?

Thank You. This all I could come with as well. I have have suggested he do this, but don't know if he has yet. I will post a follow up once I learn the outcome.
