Phase 4: Launch CS (and spell it just to feel like a badman)
Phase 5: Land CS and wait out founding period
Phase 6: Send a bunch of DLU behind level 0 wall and give BB tons of easy BP
Phase 7: Buy a bunch of gold and power build the city to 8k points for BB
Phase 8: Lose city to BB, making BB's core stronger
Phase 9: Complain to your leaders that nothing is working against BB
Phase 10: Quit the game
