Ocean 65 clean up?

I am curious to know from the mods; when is Ocean 65 going to be cleaned up? I have cities on my island (much less all the other islands) sitting at 175 points since early December and it is now late January... when are these cities going to become ghost towns or anchor cities?

I know I am (as well as MANY others) are looking to expand and can't with these cities sitting here for so long.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't it 2 WEEKS that they should turn to ghost after not being active? Maybe I misread and it was months instead of weeks but I am almost SURE of what I saw.

This is my whining moments for this year. Thanks for listening!

I'm in ocean 64, and my island has 10 empty spots, 6 ghosts, and 3 soon to be ghosts. They started ghosting around 6pm (EST) on Thursday.

Well I am looking to expand in 65 cause I already had to expand in a different ocean. Now I want to build more points in my own ocean but can't do it because they are not bothering to touch Ocean 65.
