if you have over avarege points of the big alliance you can join to New World and if you havent contact general tuggs in the academy.
And i dont play on lambda.

No, but you ARE in 11 other worlds besides this one, with 6 failed attempts at your "New World" campaign. :p
If you couldn't get your alliance off the ground any of those times, what makes you think you have a prayer here? You and your "two years experience"...
