New World Access to Older World Exclusive Heroes via Events

Description: I am looking to see if it would be possible for those events occurring during the lifespan of new worlds to offer a hero choice as the reward. Past exclusive heroes can be of significant benefit to players on new worlds & they are restricted from ever gaining access until the world has aged & the usefulness factor drops off.

Many of the event heros do show up a few months later for general use. Is there a specific one that it's not the case for?

In my experience, takes roughly 12 months or so to unlock them. However, on a new world - a builder hero such as Daidalos - would be quite beneficial to help defend your developing empire. There is a likelihood he will not be available until the September - December period 2018 & was curious if it would be potentially possible to have said option for any of the exclusive heroes currently in the list should you have missed them in previous events.
