Tried clearing cache and cookies

Claared Cache, Cookies. Still does not work with chrome or ie as of 1145. I am able to get logged in with the lame Android app.

There was nothing done to lose anything like that. Please submit a ticket and I will look into it.

I didn't get the BPs for a battle that happened during the time I couldn't log in.

I have submitted a ticket about this.

BP is screwed up and the reports do not display the same, nor can you organize them into folders anymore.

Let me rephrase, InnoGames is screwed up. I had bugs on the en servers for sure,l but the gameplay experience here on the us servers is completely abyssmal. I tried to submit problem tickets for both the BP and the report issues, but even that sucks. I got an error message saying that you cannot submit two tickets so close together. Well ****, InnoGames, stop having so many problems so close together!

But I already know you guys are "aware of the problem and working on it" so don't use that form letter **** with me when you reply.

EDIT: Wait a second, I can't say C-R-A-P? I guess I violated the TOS by using a word that isn't even foul. What's foul is the gameplay experience. I mean it's ****. Or poo. Can I say that the experience I am having here is poo? F!

Response to my problem ticket: "We are aware of the issue and are actively working on a repair." I KNEW IT! But they still told me anyway. I think I have their form letters down.

Here is their in game announcement about BP: "Dear players - there is a known issue with how BP is displaying. It is a display issue only. We are working on it right now. Please do not submit a ticket for it. Thanks! Daedalus."

Hahahahahahahaha. It is NOT just a display issue, it is an issue with how players can get their victory processions started, earn their CP's, incresae their empire. So far from it being a display issue, it is an issue which actually affects gameplay and a player's ability to progress.

Why can't these girls and boys:
1. get their act together, and
2. be honest about it instead of making up some horsecrap, propaganda style response? I have to believe InnoGames thinks I am stupid to treat me as if I am stupid. I see through your horsecrap, InnoGames. Start using intelligence when responding to me. I would appreciate it.

While I am quite busy working I will take a moment to reply here. This is a display issue in that I can see all the attacks that have landed and the BP that should be credited. Frankly I am not sure what sort of reply you would like that wouldn't take me forever to write, multiplied by the dozens of tickets submitted. I would think players would rather I spend that time fixing the issue. If you knew we were aware of it and are working to fix it, why submit the ticket in the first place? Finally, it is ok to be upset. I get that. I am not happy either, nor would I be in your shoes. But think about what you choose to post and what you hope to get from it. If your post is simply meant to vent and make you feel better, I hope that worked. If your post was meant as constructive and helpful to correcting an issue, you are missing the mark, badly.

Frankly Deadalus, drewshoe is putting it mildly. It is too bad for you to bear the brunt of it, but don't take it personal. We would like the game to work as advertised. Would like more attention to current worlds, rather than the start of NEW worlds. Would like prompt repairs, more notice, more explanation. There is NO Place to praise the game or vent about this game except here in the forums. Make it work right and there is praise. When it has a meltdown EVERY week, well there will be lots of venting.
