Way too much time is spent on internal takeovers. I think if a player is inactive for predetermined amount of time the cities should go dormant. This way you will not be wasting time and resources on this self destructive act. A lot of players are not playing the game, but are spending time on this useless activity. There is no strategy involved just be the first to take an easy target to gain position. Should be a battle against other players. Matching wits if you will. Thanks for your time.
