Inactive players

I wanna invite some of my friends to this world epsilon but unfortunately i cant find an empty place to invite them in our ocean because of inactive players.They just registered the game and stopped playing but because of them we cant invite new active ones.So when their inactive cities will be avaible to invite new players??

if they don't login for a while their cities will turm to ghost
depending on how big the cities are, they will disappear
(ghost cities lose points every day untill a minimum)

I believe it takes a month for a city to ghost.

Just invite them as close to you as possible.

I have never seen that. Hyperboria took at least a month before ghosting hit in any areas I took notice to. Any reason why?

It is always a month. They go away quicker based upon size though, but that is after they ghost

They are actually working on an idea on the EU forums to get inactive players out of the game faster, of course things are in the early stages and it's a touchy subject to boot players out of a world.
