No just a prediction based off point gain for now. That changes.

it will probably be close to that long, depending on how many people stay active in the world. this is a speed 2 world like theta, which is about 6 months in with a projection of 12 left, and theta has a higher alliance cap. if this one manages to keep around 30 alliances of 50 or so active players through the first 6-8 months it will go faster, but that never happens. either way, it will take at least a year no matter how active the world is. 250 million points is a huge number, although thankfully it starts dropping after 6 months.
