I can't log into support system to open a ticket.

I can't open a ticket in game, as server is down so won't load.

tried going to https://support.innogames.com/login/to/game/grepo/market/us and that isn't working for me either.

is there another way to open a ticket?

The exact same thing is happening again today. When they game won't load, can't use link as it doesn't recognize login details, but it does when game works.
