Guest Names?

What is the deal with player names like guesteff71a52798dc61efea? There are multiple players in Lamia (US36) that start with "guest" followed by a string of alpha-numeric characters.

On the app you can create play without an account. The server puts those people under guest

They are usually people who play like once then quit or create a real account.
