Under the Generate Custom Banner's it is having a lot of problems can some one check it out.

Grepolis does not have control over Grepointel or other non innogame run sites/tool, so if you have a problem regarding one of them you would need to contact their creators.
In order to fix your problem I would contact wansyth@grepointel.com
