What island would be good for Artemis?

I've been looking for this for some time. I've decided to reserve my +Rock-Wood for Hades and my +Silver-Wood for Artemis.

To everyone who is reading the original post:

The game has changed and updated many times. EVERY bit of information here is outdated and no longer true. IF you're going to build myth nukes, they need to be on islands that yield the best resources for them (For example: +wood -rock island creates Manticore, harpy, and hyrda nukes).

Players who build the way as stated in the O.P. today, are usually rimmed or their cities taken quite easily.

Do you build these mythical units? Or are they automatically included when you go into battle? If you do build these units, how and where do you build them? The barracks?
