ghost cities

I was looking for an island to put a second city on and i saw a good island close to me with a ghost city on it. Now what I am wondering is if i need to conquer the ghost city or if i can just send a cs and get it that way?

Hello!

If you want to conquer a Ghost city, just send the Colony Ship! But only in Revolt system!

In Conquest system you must leave the Colony ship there, are defend it!
