You have diplomatic issues because your being attacked and conquered, and your leaders and angry because you can't stop the Colony Ships hitting your harbors nor can you break our sieges, your alliance will fall soon and a new enemy will appear, since we have already capped a few cities off of the Claw Family and now they are retreating to different alliances
