Explain this Attack report please

Why are transports getting past biremes when I'mm taking out the entire lightship escort? This was not a breakthrough attack. This is not a fluke it happens all the time.

OK, it looks like the report won't show up here. Here is the situation. All lightships are destroyed with some biremes left over yet transports still land troops. It was NOT a "breakthrough" attack. It didn't happen like that in other worlds I have played. Is this a change to the game? If so how does it work?

no that's normal, not all the transports die unless you have a huge stack of bir or there is no ls escort.

Yep. Some transports will get through unless you have just a massive amount of biremes there to stop them. This is why you need DLU in a city to prevent a revolt.
