I have 1/3 culture points and I am trying to get enough to take over another city. Can someone please explain to me how to get culture points? I got the one I have from the Christmas event.
Run any of the four thingamajigs in the Culture section of the agora. With the exception of the Victory Procession (VP), you need a lvl 30 academy to do any of them. However, you can run a VP at any time, provided you have 300 more Battle Points (BP) than when you last ran one.
