conquest of ghost city?

tried to conquer a ghost city and lost my CS, but server said conquest had begin and gave an ending time. when the time was up nothing happened. What's up?

It is a bug. The Conquest can't start if you lost your CS or even if you lose all your ground troops ;-) So there has never been any conquest, that's why you didn't conquer the city ;-)

Can you show a screenshot of the report of your CS attack?
