Chat Feature not working

So i use Chrome for my browser, and I have a 2009 Mac Mini computer. Never had a problem with either before, so I doubt I have one now. The chat feature in both worlds I play in (Marathon & Naxos) doesn't work. I tried putting up a support ticket for my problem a few days back but haven't heard back from the support team. I have tried using Safari to see if chat works there, but no luck. I'm about to test out firefox. I don't think it will work, but if it does i'll let you all know.


Is this a problem for everyone or just me?

no such luck. Firefox doesn't allow me to use the chat feature, either.

And yes, the people I'm trying to chat with are in my alliance and in my ocean.
