Features/Changes:
Changed the way how inactive accounts are handled: accounts that did not reach 176 (or more) points within 2 days will now be removed from the game in order to make room for new players. The town of these accounts will be instantly removed from the map and the slot will be available again for new players.

I am seeing 175 point cities everywhere since world open. Example: [town]97[/town] has been here since 02/25/14

seems like a stupid idea?.. who would want to enter a world.. end up in a ocean where all around u is miles ahead of you..

It is not a stupid idea it serves two purposes. Right now if you wanted a friend to going they would end up in the middle of know where but if city spots are open near by they could start right away near you and resources could be feed to them. The bigger reason would be so other members can colonize the remaining city slots on key island to secure them.
