Change to US5 (hyperborea)?

I have been hearing rumors from some of my fellow players over in US5 that the world might be changing; like getting heroes and possibly going into WW's, even though it is not a WW world. I just wanted to see if anyone could verify or deny

There are currently no plans to add heroes to Hyperborea or for an end-game on Hyperborea.
