Declaring war at this point in the game is plain stupid, and more an act of 'give us attention' than an actual act of war. I doubt there will be any conquests this week (As that's what war is about..), and I'm not expecting some serious 'rimming', as there's little to nothing one can 'rim' at this stage of the game.

As I stated, I think they just want attention and recognition, that's all.
