beginners protection ****

so my beginners protection wears of during peace time. so i wont be able to attack. which sucks

they should make it for players who have only been on a week or less not to be incumbered by the peace time policy

What is the peace time policy? I have heard nothing of this. I, myself, was planning on attack a city or 2 tomorrow. Is it world wide or limited to a local spot? What?

Here is the Attack Break schedule. So far as I know, the break is the same on all US worlds.
