Battle Points not accruing?

I am running the early stages of a new world, and I have the "Land Battle Strategy" boon, but I just noticed that my battle points balance is "stuck" at 63. I've been running bandit camp raids all day, and from the reports I should have over 500 battle points. I am farming these to celebrate at the acropolis. Has anyone else noticed that their battle points are now accruing?

It's game wide. Just refresh and it'll update. Just no auto-updating at the moment with the newest update which brought on a little bugger poo. Harmless guy though, heard he likes sunflowers
