Nah because then the devs would need to open another world in a month from Baris. So I say a speed 2 revolt with a higher alliance cap, and probably morale on. High unit speed would be nice though
Edit: What a speed 4 revolt on the EN server. Oh wow BT and Richard came through!

Wouldn't be surprised. Saw an alliance once on the EN on an 80 cap world that had over 400 players, basically everyone in their ocean was in the alliance. All they did was conquer internals lol
