A question about Member activity

Green is active, yellow is "inactive for more than two days". Is this keeping track of the last time the player logged in or is it just keeping track of actual activity, regardless of logins? ie. the player is logging in, but is doing nothing at all.

Yellow = Not logged in for 2+ days
Red = Not logged in for 5+ days

Other sites and add-ons (like https://www.grcrt.net/en_US/) can provide how long it's been since they actively built something/attacked someone.

Yes, I know about the other sites.
What I have pictured is a leadership tool within the game. I was hoping someone from Admin could clarify for me if it was a log of actual logins as opposed to activity.

I suppose it's a moot point, anyway.

As he says green is logged in, yellow is two days no logging in and red is 5 days +. Its actual logging in time for the leadership view.
