I recently build 10 biremes to fulfill the quest, and it won't release the reward of 5 biremes. I have tried refresh, logging out and back in. Any ideas?

Did you click on "Accept reward"? (We never know

If you did push accept reward, you might've accidentally pushed, store to inventory.

It's not possible to store the tutorial quests rewards in the inventory ;-)
